“Sindhorn Village” breaks new ground in real estate standard with its first phase

A mixed-use project worth of 260 billion Baht is situated in the area covers between Sindhorn Road towards Soi Tonson, starting from Langsuan soi 1 to Sarasin Road and the embassy’s garden-totaling 56 rais. The project includes two condominiums, serviced apartments, a hotel, an art museum, a health center, a walking street, a supermarket, shops and restaurants to cater various lifestyle. Street vendors will be invited back to resume their business in the newly renovated and organized designated zone.The project is expected to be fully completed in 2019.

More than 60% has already been sold to mostly Thai tenants.The residence is scheduled to complete at the end of 2016.
